A neighbor of Heather Mills, the former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant and Paul McCartney’s estranged wife, has accused the former model of indirectly causing her dog’s death.

London’s The Sun newspaper reported Tuesday that Sandra Rowbury’s “healthy” Weimaraner, Glow, suffered a fatal case of bloat hours after Mills held an elaborate 20-minute fireworks display at her England home in honor of daughter Beatrice’s fourth birthday.

“As far as I’m concerned she has hurt my animals,” Rowbury told The Sun. “I am distraught Glow died.”

Rowbury also said neighbors got no advance warning about the display, which also caused 15 of her horses to stampede.

“Everyone else lets people know if they are planning fireworks, so they can move their animals or give them sedatives,” she said.

“She calls herself an animal lover, but she showed no respect for the animals around here.”
