My dog loves kids! (any kids, even strange ones) But, he is very skidish around adults, he's been that way since we got him. He is scared of just about anything that makes noises, even ones that don't make noise (bikes, strollers....) I want to find out a way to stop him from barking at our friends once we have allowed them into our house.I didn't find what I was looking for in this article.

All those correct answers seem like common sense but im still surprised at how people think their dogs should just "get over it" and they dont realize it takes time and patience!

When My Girl gets upset by the vacuum, I simply have her sit in another room since it is the noise that bothers her rather than the vac itself.

When there are fireworks, my girl isn't bothered. However, Jack, my brothers dog is. With each dog, I make it so that they are subject to such events. I preferred answer B. Fun quiz. Thanks.

Be patient and understanding. Let you pet know he/she is SAFE with you at all times.
