I took my dog,Rex to our Vet. He has what nowadays most dogs get living in a America. "Food Allergies." Beef, is the problem. So how I give him, children's allergy pills daily.(Cheap brand) and feed him ckn, turkey, pork, duck allergy dog food. His skin is looking great. And no more dryness and sratching. P.S.-He also had runny nose and eyes.

I started using fish oil pills for my dog's 'dandruf'. I break one open, the liquid capsuls (I buy them in bulk at Sams Club), and squeese it out on her dry food every night.

Her dry, flaky skin cleared right up.

I stopped using the fish oil pills and her dry skin came back, so I have to keep it
up.
I knew fish oils were good for human skin, so that's why I decided to try it on my dog & it works!

we have been using Dr. Shawns pet organics shampoo. they get a bath every 7-10 days being dashounds that sleep with us. They are dry, flaky, slightly itchy. I believe its the shampoo. What do we do to rehydrate their skin? In the past I used my shampoo (Biolage) and she did well. Do they need conditioner, oil???

Barks at the air and scraches on the fence. Sometimes he will strach untils it bleeds. When laying down, I pore water on him, he seam to be do better with the stracing. I have another dog and there is no problem. My dog that is sick is a chow! He is about 8 year old when I got him. He was a stray. He eat good, walks and has good bow movement. He just straching alot. He has no flees.

get salmon oil! Lambert Kay Linatone Plus Skin & Coat Revitalizer Daily Food Supplement or Lambert Kay Linatone Shed Relief Daily Food Supplement. (both do the same to me) But still this stuff is great. I buy the bigger bottle(cheaper at PetSmart), and my dog literally looks at me crazy if I forget to put into his food. Trust me, you will see the difference within a few weeks or less. I had tried everything, until one of the groomers at PetSmart told me about it and my vet told me what was really in his old dog food. Since I changed his food and added this product he has been hook and begs for it! Just a thought..sorry I got excited

Call the vet? That's the best you can do? Waste of my time.
