ANDREA Delray Beach, FL 5/28/2010 4:45:55 AM IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU PUT A PHOTO OF THE PLANT. SOME OF US HAVE GARDNERS THAT PLANT THINGS AND DO NOT KNOW WHICH IS WHICH.
mary ellen la mesa, CA 5/27/2010 3:27:24 PM I love your information, you also make it easy to read, as you get to the point and facts. As for the plants,I have many of these around my property and many standard poodles. I find that somehow they must know what is not good for them as I have never had a problem with them choosing to eat any kind of poisoness plants, K-9 are very smart.
charlene rex, GA 5/27/2010 4:56:40 AM i have a dog, 1 year old and a puppy,3 monthes old that tend to think if it can fit in their mouth put it there or if not make it fit between the two of them. if we can't find the ball lets dig up a toy. You have helped me remove some plantings that could cost me a lot more than the cost of another plant. These dogs were rescued(actually I am a bad foster mom and kept them),lab mixes

Bobbie Cincinnati, OH 5/25/2010 8:27:48 PM while i appreciate great information, it would have been even more helpful to have the pictures of the plants also.
Cory El Paso, TX 5/25/2010 8:25:26 PM I talked to my nursery about either posting a list of pet friendly plants or keeping a section in the nursery stocked with them--the idea didn't fly, but if some nursery starts to care, I'll give it my patronage.
Donna Jacksonville, FL 5/25/2010 7:19:48 PM Thanks for the great info. I'd like to share another hidden danger, the liquid inside most snow globes contains ethylene glycol (anti freeze). There are no warning labels and unfortunately I found out the hard way. Be sure your pet never has access to these decorative object where it could be broken and the liquid ingested.
