Robin Buffalo Grove, IL 4/24/2009 10:33:16 AM I have a severely scared dog at thunderstorms. We have kept her secure on a leash, kept calm near her and ignored her behavior. Slowly she has gotten better. Previous dogs were helped with medication. Her fear is nonexistent now that she is 15 and has lost a lot of her hearing.
