Thank you for the dog name center. I picked Jack for our new dog, I found him wandering in our neighborhood, no identification. He has heartworms but we are having him treated for that. I named him Jack because God is really garcious.

Has no one imagination anymore? Never had a common dog named except for a bullmastiff who took up here with mange so bad he looked like a prune- could not even decide his breed or color at first but named him BUBBA because he looked like a good old boy's dog. Now we have a Ruger & Remington (two little pistols for sure) Cowgirl, Rhumba, Elvira also known as Fruitcake, Boogie (3 legged but he can still boogie) Sprout (Brussels Griffon) Pasketti (blue heeler with opposite side of face solid black as one we once had named Spaghetti) after foster child who could not pronounce spaghetti-Stetson (looks like Dobie in Purina add in cowboy outfit with stetson) and have had a Dragline (where we found her) What-A-Mess (Doxie-Poodle cross- no explination necessary) Lab named Wildacres High Finance- a number of good reg names- cousin kidded me about talking baby talk to my rescue Shih Tzu so we reg her as PoochieWoochieDoochieKaboochie and called her Snuggles. Once had a Doberman named Radar for the way he moved his ears when they were racked after cropping and the list goeson but nothing so simple and common. Had a Hooch once who was 16 years old and must have been named Pooch in a former life because that was all he would come by and a big furry monster called Big Dog because he would not come to anything else- our other big furry monster (looked like Old Eng- actually was a Afghan/Poodle cross Faversham after the butler on Beverly Hillbillies!

These names are a bunch of BS!!!!!!! I could come up with more better ideas than that! I have a pure bred pug that is a show dog. I still need to pick a better name for it. At least it is only 10 months old!!
