Send an E-Card, Help a Homeless Dog

Purina will donate 50 cents to homeless dogs and cats for each Valentine’s Day e-card sent through Feb. 14.

To help pet lovers celebrate Valentine’s Day, Purina has created a forum to send “doggie-mail” and “kittie-mail” for those who’d like to send personalized e-cards while simultaneously helping homeless animals.

The e-cards allow users to create customized Valentine’s Day cards by uploading a photo of their own pet and recording a personalized message to send along with it. Users also may include props, backgrounds, and typed notes to create a unique e-card. For each e-card sent now through Valentine’s Day, Purina will donate 50 cents to help homeless cats and dogs around the country.
