Karen Standish, ME 2/28/2008 6:50:25 PM It's about time. Who would want to breed 100 dogs per year. That's crazy.. I would love to see a real end to puppy mills!
julie callaway, MD 2/28/2008 12:18:37 PM i dont feel they should be limited. a professional breeder may have hundreds of thousands in a state of the art facility and the breeder could not survive on 100 puppies. depending on the dog, it is not unomon for a litter of 10 pups. 10 litters or less would most likely shut the professional breeder down and make more room for puppy mills and backyard breeders who do to suit themselves.
ruth houston, TX 2/28/2008 6:11:37 AM I think that is still to much. Pleople should really go to a shelter and save an animal insted of going to a breeder.
Gayle Denton, TX 2/28/2008 6:06:48 AM Even this is too high. People need to wake up and realize that many of these animals will never make it in the real world.
Sandi Lake Milton, OH 2/28/2008 5:59:08 AM This could be a good thing. Will help to eliminate unwanted animals are buying them.
