Judy Lenoir, North Carolina 1/3/2013 8:07:50 PM My husband and I have not been without a Bull Terrier since our marriage in 1975. White, colored, male, female. They've all been a great asset to our lives and to our marriage. We both have children from previous marriages. All the kids love the dogs. I have pictures of our now 27 year old grandson "leading" a Bull Terrier around the family room of our home - the child was about two years old. The dog was in heaven! None of the children had any fear of our dogs; although we taught them at very young ages that they must be kind to the dogs in order for the dogs to be kind to them in return. I MUST add - our children and grandchildren were NEVER left alone with the dog or dogs until they were teenagers. Never trust any dog with a small child.
