Rachel Plymouth/Salem, MI 3/21/2008 7:03:40 AM I think this a great idea to recognize heroic animals.The dog from last year was extremely cute!I think all animals have a hero in them, deep down in their heart. I wish I could nominate my dog, but all he does is wrestle with his dog friends at the dog park. If there was an award for best companion, I would nominate him!And my cat, Cleo, goes around killing helpless birds and mice that he finds in the wild. And my other cat, Bandit, he lies around all day. Maybe I could nominate the Border Collie I'm saving up for, if he's done anything heroic. Good Luck to all the dogs and cats out there!
