We just brought home 2-two month old collie puppies this past Saturday. They went to the vet and the stool specimen results show round and hook worms. Now I have had collies all of my life but have not had to deworm a one until these two. Now my question is this-the puppies go in the grass and the stool sticks to the blades of grass. I'm planning on giving them the medication in the next few days and wondering-where should they excrete their business if it needs to be picked up and the poop will be loose? Also how long does the loose stools last after deworming?
