April Centreville, VA 5/27/2010 3:50:59 PM my dog is a belgian shepherd/lab mix and almost 10 years old. we switched her diet a few years ago from lite purina (cheap crap) to senior nutro (a mix of good and affordable). she'd been having urinary tract issues that slowly but surely disappeared on the new diet. she also began having joint issues, so we began adding a hip&joint/glucosamine supplement to her diet. she's not running races, but she can move comfortably again.
olivia newark, DE 2/17/2010 5:49:06 PM feed your dog wet food mixed with dry this will make it easier to eat and still give them the nutrients and vitamins, etc. that some wet foods don't contain. if you don't want to mix dry food then pick a wet food with lots of nutrients, vitamins, etc. if your dog has eaten dry food for his/her whole life then it's up to you.
