Dee Burlington, IA 4/29/2009 2:22:19 PM I was once told when I applied to rent a house that they (the landlord) would rather rent to people who had dogs that they loved and cared for like they were their children than to rent to people with human children that were allowed to do much more damage to a place than well-cared for dogs would ever do!

Lori Dallas, TX 6/14/2008 10:03:42 AM If only the people who actually have animals would get some kind of discount on their rent - instead of high pet deposits which discourage people from owning a pet. If pet deposits weren't so high, more animals might be adopted.
