Glynnis Baton Rouge, LA 3/28/2007 2:58:29 PM What a creep! He knew. Who buys property without seeing it or asking how it is currently being used? When are people going to start respecting the love a pet owner feels for their pet and the loss they feel when that pet passes? He should have to pay to have them moved to an alternative site at the very least.
Stella Las Cruces, NM 3/24/2007 2:06:20 PM I think this is awful in every way. I feel for all these people put in this situation. How someone can be so uncaring and sick is beyond me. who buys land and doesn't know whats on it? Now these poor people have to suffer due to his stupidity? So I guess if someone where to tell him that the cemetery that his loved ones are buried in is going to be used for something so important as CONDOS then he won't mind just "digging them up" now will he?!
Jen PSL, FL 3/23/2007 5:46:57 PM I think it's horrible that these people are told to "come dig up your pets" when they thought that was the last peaceful place for them. And I'm sure they paid to have them buried there as well. Horrible!
Tabatha Glendale, AZ 3/19/2007 7:31:11 PM This is just wrong. That guy must not be a pet owner. I also believe in Karma. This one's going to come around to bite him in the butt....
Jamie San Diego, CA 3/18/2007 5:14:18 PM This is disturbing news. I really feel for the people that will have dig up their former family members and bury them somewhere else.
Cyndi Klamath Falls, OR 3/16/2007 11:41:43 PM I think this is terrible. When you lay your pet to rest and pay for the plot, then you shouldn't have to dig them up. I sure hope there will be law suits over this. I wouldn't want to live in a condo on that land. Haven't they seen Pet Cemetery!
Hobert Bolingbrook, IL 3/15/2007 5:20:54 PM I think that the owner is being very cruel. His excuse that he did not know that the cemetery was there, is to me, saying that he is either lying or he is a very stupid buyer not to know.
Kate LA, CA 3/15/2007 3:09:53 PM It is unfare that they have to move there pet, Florida should make a law against it. How would you like to have your family member's body dug up from the grave?
Nichole Las Vegas, NV 3/15/2007 7:07:44 AM Karma...I feel so bad for everyone who buried their babys there. I think that you have to rest in knowing that your baby knows you loved them enough to bury them with love. You'll see them again someday. As for the guy who building condo's over a pet cemetery...GOOD LUCK ONCE EVERYONE FINDS OUT THE STORY. I wonder if he has to tell the buyers first? Like I said...Karma.
KH Dalton, GA 3/14/2007 1:38:52 PM Who would want to live over a pet cemetery anyway. Hopefully, this will keep his precious condos from selling and this creep will loose his shirt! What a jerk!!!
Carol Baldwin, NY 3/10/2007 8:24:27 AM Wow!!! This guy should get the "Creep of the Month" award. Is nothing sacred to those seeking the almighty dollar? Apparently not !!
Leslie Pittsburgh, PA 3/7/2007 4:10:54 PM Hopefully everyone who owns the pets can be notified so they can get there beloved pets, although its heartbreaking to think that they have to go through digging up their pet, the loss of a pet is so hard without this added horror! I'm sure the owner of the land knew there was a pet cemetary there, its all about $ now to him.
disgusted o'fallon, IL 3/7/2007 10:42:09 AM wow there is just nothing sacred !! condo's who needs more condo's they will only get blown down in the next hurricane !! hopefully NOT WITH A HUMAN BEING IN THERE OF COURSE ..
