There are plenty of other ways to do research that does not involve hurting, torturing and abusing innocent, loving animals!!!! It really, really just makes me sick that people do these things to these poor animals! Especially, since animals are so not like humans, so they do not even give them the same results as it would be on humans!! So, what is the point?! Really, is it just fulfilling sick, twisted people's thoughts?! I think YES!!! I hate all the people in this world that torture animals, I wish that it was them instead!!!!!!! I wish it was the "government" that it was being done to also!! Thank you for allowing me to speak my mind!!! GOD BLESS ALL OF THE BEAUTIFUL, LOVING, INNOCENT DOGS & CATS THAT ARE BEING HELD AGAINST THEIR WILL AND HURT PURPOSEFULLY BY STUPID, IDIOTIC, HORRIBLE, SICK IN THE HEAD, LOW-LIFE, NOT EVEN "PEOPLE"!!!!!!! Lisa Santa Maria, CA 6/16/2007 2:45:10 PM I think that this is a wonderful article and the fines ought to be alot higher when people are caught doing this and for the fines to keep going up with each offense!!! There ought to be imprsonment with severe cases.
