Noreen Stroudsburg, PA 7/26/2007 11:32:29 AM Wow, it sure is hard to submit a comment. I've tried three times now, on different days, from different pages. On the Bow-Tie home page, BTW, the first paragraph, in bold, is repeated just below in un-bold. But here's what I wanted to say: Hi, there! Gosh, how do I say this? I might be semi-insulting Dr. Plotnik. But here goes: Please take Dr. Plotnik's answers to questions off of audio and put them in the good old-fashioned print. Here are some of the reasons why: 1. It takes a long time to load the program that "reads" aloud. 2. It takes a much longer time to hear something than to read it, especially for us savvy Internet users. We have to sit staring at a "nothing" screen while we listen. (Well, I went and washed a window while listening to one, but you get the point.) 3. Dr. Plotnik is not a professional voice-over actor. Dr. Plotnik should be admired for his expertise, and maybe for a pleasant voice, but not for his microphone abilities. We listeners even hear the click of a telephone, or what sounds like one, at the end. That's not harmful or annoying, of course; just weird. I hope you can forward this email to whoever is the Bush-like "Decider." Thanks and regards, Noreen Ayres (in Pennsylvania)
