Karen. I support resposible pet ownership! Standish, ME 4/30/2008 8:17:52 PM this is crazy! There are many responsible people who have multi cat and dog households. Including myself! I rescue senior hard to play cats and have one dog. If I want to have six or more cats or dogs it's my right. Especially if I take great care of them. This law does not do anything to help people spay and neuter! It limits your pet numbers!

Angela Winters, CA 4/30/2008 10:32:16 AM I WISH ALL STATES WOULD DO THIS!!!!!!!! I know they can't go door to door to make sure the rules are sticking, but al least a 3 day a week patrol of neighborhoods, random days of course. and lower the number of dogs to 4 and cat's to 3
