I have a three year old shi tzu looks like she may have a scratch on her eye, very red. put some saline solution on it seems to have imporved but now she is throwing up??

I have a puppy 4mos old! He is a Cavalier King Charles pedigree!They found parasites on the eyes and on his paws,which they said was hereditary disease! They took a skin graf and gave me a medicine called"Ivermectin" 1%oral daily by mouth! He has been taking it for 2 weeks! I gave this medication @ 11:00PM last nite as I always do and this morning he is not himself,such as bumping to objects,making sure where he is going using scent! I think he has lost some vision and I am quite worried!What are the side effects of this medication! It is 5:45Am and the Vet isn't open until 8or9am! What should I do? Thanks, Ed

There were a lot of medical terms i cannot pronounce, and pictures would have helped. My dog is blind so it didn't really help except that I need to get him into the vet. HIs eye is bulging and I'm very concerned. Everyone wants money for their help. Thanks for not charging me for this information. I spend enough on the vet I don't need to pay someone else to get nothing, but go see the vet!!!
