LynnRW Red Wing, MN 12/31/2012 12:59:38 AM I have a 7 which I think is ok for a town of 17 thousand I don't know of any place where I can eat and drink with my dog. We did get a dog park a few years ago, but I'm really not sure about bringing a small dog there.

In Ontario, it is illegal to have a rental no pets allowed clause unless it is in the condo bi-laws.There are very few off-leash parks and those that are there, are not suitable because not all dog owners are responsible and the dogs are not obedient

John Bain Gainesville, FL 10/22/2012 2:35:20 PM I'm in Gainesville, FL and it's pretty dog friendly - scores a 12 or 13! We have 5 municipal dog parks, going on 6, and 1 private park (per visit or membership fee). The regular parks also allow dogs on-leash. There's quite a few restaurants that allow dogs. Also, there's available hiking trails at some of the state or county areas with city limits, not to mention lots of open areas you can find on your own.
