Sharon St. Louis`, MO 11/10/2008 6:56:49 PM I am fortunate becuase I recently adopted 2 dogs (pom and chi pom mix). They have been excellent. Usually small dogs and children don't mix but I can say this is totally the exception. These two babies are fantastic. They have been here a week and have instantly become a part of our family. I can't imagine their lives before, but now they are being loved and well taken care of.

Jenny Gettysburg, PA 8/19/2008 2:11:22 PM Unbelievable! What was this woman thinking? It is not cheap to PROPERLY keep that many animals. Feed, vet care, housing, ETC. and children on top of it! This sounds like a situation that got out of hand and she didn't know how to handle it. MY first choice would have been to start finding homes for all the critters. Who knows what goes through some peoples minds!
Patty La Mirada, CA 8/19/2008 7:43:10 AM If you're going to raise a bunch of animals and willingly choose to do so, you should at least have the responsibility to actually TAKE CARE of them. I hope whoever did that gets what they deserve! And I hope those children get some kind of therapy or education about how to treat animals!
Cheryl Conway, MO 8/19/2008 7:31:44 AM I live in MO, and it is so sad about all of the persons that abuse and neglect animals here. We are after all one of the top puppy mill states! I hope that more people are prosecuted for this hideous deed.
