melissa Orange, TX 6/7/2011 2:26:40 PM Hello! I have Westie that was diagnosed with a SEVERE case of WSS 12/27/2002, near her second birthday. After the usual prednisone/valium treatment she has been almost sympton free. Her maintenance dose is 5 mg twice a week. She will be 11 at the end of this month! Don't lose hope!! Treatment works :)
