MamaG CA 11/9/2012 11:42:13 AM My dog Sadie just passed. Her death was sudden and at the age of only 2.5 years. But she was just like this dog, an angel with four paws. She had more human friends then me, each one vying to take Sadie to the beach. When she died, our little community fell apart. Everyone moved except me and one other person. It wasn't the same anymore. Dogs like the one above bring so much love, comfort, non-judgement, antics, surprises, and deep joy that they can heal even if they are not official therapy dogs. Thanks for the story and thanks for letting me share.

I have spent many hours with Gunner training him to be a therapy dog. Just the look on the childrens eyes make it all worth the hours of training.
