JoAnn farmington, MI 11/23/2008 4:08:51 PM I don't really think the government (U.K. or U.S.) should be involved in something like this. Local jurisdictions become involved in cases of neglect or cruelty. This just seems like Big Brother.

Ruby Park FOrest, IL 11/23/2008 10:11:19 AM it is sad that they had to come up with this but hopefully more people will follow it, especially first time pet owners
Della Madison Heights, VA 11/22/2008 6:48:49 PM Silly that you have to remind people how to care for there animals. That is a shame. They need stricter pet owner laws in the US.
Galadriel Lothlorien, ME 11/22/2008 5:28:54 PM This seems like a good idea, especially since people don't have common sense anymore. I hope that this helps lots of dogs.
matt mcdonald, MD 11/22/2008 5:12:27 PM well that is great! at least know i know dogs in england are being cared for, but what about the U.S.A??????????????
Donna Limington, ME 11/22/2008 9:08:12 AM What seems sad to me, is that all of these guide lines are common sense. But with out it being in writing now a days, people don't know what to do. Like on packaging, remove cardboard before baking. Duh, but some just don't get things that aren't written down!
bertha SAN DIEGO, CA 11/22/2008 8:33:03 AM It does not matter if it is inplemented! it has to be follow! we do have a lot of rules but, lots of people don't follow them, if they would, our pets would be allowed everywhere... that is something that really bothers me....that my pet can't go inside restaurants becaouse there is unresponsible parents!
