I really like the idea of a berevement room where people can take their time and staff are right there to check on the pet. I also like taking care of the check out in the exam room so you don't have to think about people at the desk or waiting room. I had to put my cat to sleep and coming out to pay at the desk while I was bawling my face off was awful. I wish my vet would incorporate this in his practice.

Sounds nice, but it also sounds like something the average person won't be able to afford. I took my cat to a regular vet and they charged my $800 to remove a mass in her sinus' and she died less than a week later anyway.
