Linda Hemet, CA 12/6/2010 6:24:30 PM Excellent advice! I've been fighting this problem for 14 years with my 14 and 13 year-old Min Pins. Small dogs are difficult. They don't like the cold, and they don't like the hard ground. Just keep at it and stay outside with your dog until she goes. I read any dog can be trained by doing that, even if you have to say out for an hour! Good luck!
Lynne Menomonee Falls, WI 8/8/2010 8:55:47 AM Good Article. I think that is exactly what is happening with my 4 month old papillon. I take him out every hour but now he thinks it is just playtime and then comes in the house to potty. Need to start over from square one with this method.
