Tara Indianapoli, Indiana 9/28/2012 5:25:38 AM Some of these parks sound great! But a lot of them are also free; I know that seems like a good idea but in my experience free parks lack rules and control. Also people tend to not watch their dogs as closely and dogs that aren't fixed can get in, which often times starts fights because unfixed tend to be more aggressive. I would much prefer to pay a little if i don't have to worry about my dog's safety.
Dorcas Geneva, FL 1/13/2010 4:04:09 PM Pounce Inlet in Port Orange, FL near the lighthouse is an incredible dog park right on the beach. There are huge public and private covered picnic areas, and the dogs get to swim in the Atlantic Ocean right in the surf. The fee is just $2.00/day and don't forget to donate for dog biscuts. It's a short ride from Orlando towards Daytona Beach (40 min.) on the 95N. Oh, people are allowed there too:) Check out their website. Residents fought hard to keep this part of the Atlantic Coast dog friendly. We appreicate their efforts. http://www.portorangeimages. com/ponce_inlet_fl_dog_park.htm

S 3 Oaks, MI 7/22/2009 3:08:21 PM I'm very happy to have a new dog park in our area, but it leaves much to be desired, especially for the admission fee. I do not, however, have anyplace else to excercise my dog off-leash.
julie Lewiston, ME 7/22/2009 12:32:14 PM those parks are awesome for us dog owners and our beloved dogs.
Linda Grand Rapids, MI 5/6/2009 1:56:38 PM I think private dog parks is the best idea ever. A nice clean, safe environement to bring my dog.
