These are all great suggestions. One common problem dog owners complain about are brown spots from urine. I've overcome this problem by providing a dog food that has the proper pH balance. The brand I use has no artificial fillers, but is considered holistic.

This were some really good tips I can't wait to try . Especially the hole digging. I did some of the things like putting things in to make it difficult. I always filled the hole when they were there too and they redig them.

If my dog is not interested in digging in a hand made sand-box for his toys, squeeky toys or treats but is most interested in just digging all over the yard...how should I fix this problem? I have tried the sand box idea and consistantly placing the dog and incoraging her to dig there but I am having no
luck.
