Michele South Orange, NJ 5/19/2009 6:15:23 AM What a nice surprise to see my book reviewed here. My book does detail a plethora of jobs--from animal trainer to zoologist. Unusual jobs, like working on a movie set to make sure animals are treated well to being a makeup artist for animal actors to studying wild bears, are also profiled. Info on how to get jobs are included. The book talks to the experts--the people with these jobs tell how they got them, and how to get a job in this economy. The best part in researching this book was talking to so many people who love their work. Thanks for the great review. Michele C. Hollow
Susan Phoenix, AZ 5/18/2009 6:40:18 PM This sounds like a book that would not only be good for adults but junior high and high school students, too. However, I wonder if the book gives suggestions on how to go about getting a job in some of the "out of the ordinary" careers discussed in the book or what kind of college degree is necessary to get into a specific field of working with animals.
Shelly B Lancaster, CA 5/18/2009 1:25:12 PM It seems like a great book and a great way to find out about careers that involved working with animals. thanks for the info.
Stephanie Don Pedro, CA 5/18/2009 12:37:21 PM This is great! I think this is a book I will buy. Only question...Does it give you advice on how to get on the right path for your career choice?
