It doesn't sound like it would target responsible breeders... this is nonsense! This is because Oklahoma has one of the BIGGEST puppy mill industries in the world! The only reason it wasn't passed was because of the selfish government wanting more money because of this stupid recession. Darn puppy mills.

there is a good law and it don't pass,but when it comes to all those crazy laws like HR669 or the 250,then it will pass,watch out.

i sont think it was fair they should have passd the bill, making an EXCEPTION on RESPONISABLE breeders, not that i support breeding *no offense* they should make it a law across the U.S. because puppymills etc. ahppen across the U.S.
