Last night neighbors were setting off fireworks and my dogs totally freaked out-_-Cool,now I will try giving them a treat when that happens tonight!!!

This is such a bad holiday for dogs! I leave mine in the bedroom with the radio on to keep them calm and safe.

I was actually told by my dog's trainer to play opera music since the notes are so all over the place that they tend to concentrate on where the notes are than the noise of thunder or fireworks.

We used to sedate our Sheltie, recommended by the vet. He jumped at the front window barking trying to protect us. Luckily the window didn't break. Now we go camping in the forest, fun for everyone, and my neighbor is not there shooting stuff at our camper and upsetting our dog.
