Rottlover Lansing, MI 1/4/2013 12:28:52 PM I read the comments by Mindy and Valerie, and I would like to find a 'gentle used' Rottweiler/ Mastiff etc. mix. I live in Michigan, am retired and am a experienced Rottweiler owner. My last one 'Miss Rosie,' recently passed away do to old age and cancer I would like to ask the community at large to let me know of such four legged folks that need a new home. This note is being placed on January 4th 2013. My email is: michaelhedderich@gmail.com
Mindy Fairplay, Colorado 12/3/2012 11:04:17 AM I own a boxer/mastiff and he is the sweetest, calmest most wonderful dog with so much personality. Nothing "unpredictable" about any dog unless you don't train them or aren't responsible of them. In which case, don't own a dog of ANY breed, mixed or not.
valerie vallejo, CA 11/11/2011 7:13:21 AM I have always adopted these types of dogs at around 2 years old. When i was looking i would search shelters within 50 miles of me. Now i recently have been looking. It seems rescues take all large breeds and charge anywhere from 300. to 500. adoption fees. why would i pay that much for a grown dog that takes a lot of time to fix their issues when i can get a puppy for 500. with none of the problems.
