Sherry Flower Mound, TX 2/26/2010 9:02:25 AM While I can sympathize with Michelle from Toronto, most bullie owners can sympathize with what appears to be "yanking" and "forcing" when it comes to their companions. Bullies are truly "bull headed" and when they decide to do something - or NOT do something - no amount of coercion will make them act. Food maybe - but no coercion. Tillman and Rose LOVE what they are doing or they would sit and stare at their owners/coaches as if they were morons and flat refuse to budge. Every bullie owner has at least one story of trying to push a 45+ pound dog someplace it doesn't want to go - and being judged by bystanders. While I too hate to see animals being forced to perform when they are obviously miserable - I've also seen Tillman's owner/coach have to FORCE him to stop because his little bullie brain would keep wanting to play when he really needed to stop and rest. It was obvious to me that the dogs were having a blast! I thought it was the people who looked worn out!
