linda estell manor, NJ 7/21/2010 3:14:32 PM Sorry that was us airways not american air ways and i read there on line policy ahead of time and it said nothing about leaving her under the seat. on the way to arizona she was so good. Babies scream the whole way and they arnt made to be put under the seat and they are free.
linda estell manor, NJ 7/21/2010 3:08:29 PM I flew american air lines with my 3 1/2 pound yorkshire from philadelphia to arizona. On the way there I had to keep the crate under the seat during take off and landing, paying 100. each way and it counted as my carry on. On the return flight the same except they would not let me remove the crate from under the seat the whole flight. This was so cruel. She cried the whole flight. People don't pay for that lap top they put under the seat and they can put it on there lap during flight. I will never fly with my BabY {dog} again.
Bob Belleville, IL 7/19/2010 3:12:16 PM Could not open the site about the airline policy for flying dogs.
Jean Cincinnati, OH 7/16/2010 6:38:18 AM I would have appreciated knowing what size carriers are allowed in cabin and what weight / size restrictions there are, if any.
Amy Atlanta, GA 7/15/2010 2:53:56 PM Not very helpful. Jet Blue's "Dimensions for accepted carrier are slightly smaller than other airlines," but dimensions are not listed for any of the airlines!
