yes my name is Mr. Candari and im inquiring for my friend he has a four to five year old beagal chiwaaw greyhound looking dog i think it to be a papean and i was hopeing to find out for him if there is a free program for getting his buddy spayed/ or nueterd i believe his buddy might be going through a urinary track infetion but am not sure reason being i think this is because he never stops cleaning or licking at his mmm package he always seems to be be licking at it i dont think it is fleas or ticks or anything but am hoping to know so in this case if needed to be aputated it be done so and what are the pros/ cons of whatever situation those things have anyways my name is Mr. Candari

This is SUCH a FANTASTIC thing you're doing! I hope it can be something that all big cities can offer in every state at least a few times a year. Thank you for helping to control the pet population!

That's awesome! All dogs and cats should be spayed and neutered unless you are a responsible breeder/
