I've just been introduced to your "Go Wild & Freeze" game by a trainer helping me with my high drive GSD pup. She says this will help with her impulse control. I'm having trouble visualizing the shift between this game and real life situations. Is the idea that I can the use the Freeze command whenever she's overly excited and expect her to stop what she's doing and sit? If that's the case, how does this keep her from going back to her distraction once she's been released? Can you expound on the long-term use of this game please?
