The negative effect could result in many unadopted dogs. I believe a majority of people will find this such an inconvenience that will not bother.

Donna Limington, ME 10/4/2007 11:24:52 AM I like the fact that people should take a training class before being allowed to adopt an animal. But a 6 year old? Kindergarten training for dogs? I would think that responsible parents, especially after taking a course, should be able to teach their child what to do, and how to behave.
