My cocker is having the worse skin problem, she is breaking out really bad.. She is on and off on antibiotic now they aren't really helping, please any suggestion. Her doctor doesn't know.. She's going to a dermatologist and I don't think she knows. I've changed her food, I'm doing everything I can possibly do. I love her so much and it hurts that I can seem to help her... Please any suggestions.

My cocker has had such bad yeast and overall skin issues this past year. We have upgraded his food...but it is duck and rice. Over the past few months, He's had a problem with yeast that medications along with a medicated shampoos have not even cured his skin issues....I am at a loss. He is a wonderful dog. I am unable to afford a 40$ bag of food every wk or every other week. The one I am getting now is about $16 for a smaller bag. Is there a food that we can get to help him...or something else we can do for him?

We have been feeding our a raw egg once a week and every couple days a few drops of olive oil on her food for extra shine. So far no problems.

We feed our 15 month old cocker Taste of the Wild (no grains, soy, by-products,or corn), and bathe him with Bio-Groom Natural Oatmeal Shampoo and use Bio-Groom Natural Oatmeal Creme rinse. We get compliments about how shiny and healthy is coat looks on a daily basis. We recently took him to the vet for shots and the vet told us what a wonderful job we are doing in caring for his coat.

Our baby is 16 years old and obviously expect problems. We have bee through the ear and foot thing but now big scaly patches are occuring on his back. Loss of fur also. The vet wants to put him down, but he still comes running to us every day. His coughing is a lot but the vet says it's normal. What to do?

My wife and I have 3 Cocker Spanials residing with us in Florida. Because of the heat and humidity we keep our dogs trimmed close to the body, some call it a summer cut. The problem we are having is extreme dry skin. We take to a groomer every six weeks and he says the dryness is common. We have bathed them with oatmeal shampoo many times and has not solved the problem. Even our vet has not helped that much, in fact he states they are all very healthy and in excellent shape except being slightly overweight. Any suggestions regarding severe dry skin with sores? P.s. We been very blessed with no flea problems.
