Comments:
I live 30 minutes from this dog park and try to get there frequently with my dogs ( 2 Rottweilers and a Weimaraner). I've been going there since it opened late in 2006. The oark is very well maintained and park rules are posted for easy reading. We love going there and meeting new friends. Plenty of room for dogs to play and owners to socialize. Most people keep an eye on their own dogs and we police those who don't and have no issues with asking someone whose dog is not appropriate for a dog park to leave. There are holding areas prior to entrance to either side so dogs are securely contained. It's a pleasure to go to this dog park. I'm happy to say that since it opened, a number of nearby towns are starting dog parks based on the success of this one.
