Cathlin - Reno, NV
This park is a joy to all concerned. 20+ acres of pure freedom for dogs to run and run and run. There is a pond that dogs can swim in. During the winter it gets kind of low and muddy but the dogs don't seem to mind. In the summer, they irrigate by flooding and the pond level rises and falls. The park is next to a wetlands area and if you leash your dog, you can walk out in it, go through the tunnel under McCarran Blvd., and up the canyon for added adventure. There may be as many as 100 dogs in the park but it is never crowded. This is a five star park!
