Joy Clanton, AL 9/8/2010 8:24:38 AM did not tell me much,but i have a rat terrier that has knots on his neck and have been there for 4 to 5 years. the hair is thicker on the lumps than the rest of his body. i do not know if they are something serious? We do see a vet regularly. He scratches at them, mostly when i try to make him wear a harness. i also need to know if there is something that he can wear to go on walks that won't irritate his neck.
