My little 18lb mixed breed is very loveable and wants to play with the other dogs at the pet sitters.He looks forward to this when we leave him for a weekend. The problem we were told he marks the other dogs cage,blankets.We gave the pet sitterpermission to spray him with water and say no,when he is see markingwhat can we do?

I need help though, my 8 year old Dachsie Dove is a puppy mill rescue, and she doesn't know her name and doesn't know how to take treats from a person. Any tips on what to do?
