4. Will I have the time and interest to exercise and groom the dog properly?

6. Will it shed a lot? Does it have short or long hair?
7. Will the dog be comfortable in our area's weather conditions?
8. Does the dog need constant attention or will it do well on its own?
9. What kinds of health problems are common to this breed? Back or eye problems, hip dysplasia, arthritis? What are the health histories of its parents and grandparents?
10. Can I afford the costs? These include purchase, daily care, medical and emergency expenses.
