I purchased my dog (Lagotto Romagnolo) from a broker in the U.S.A. What I didn't know is that she purchased him from a breeder in Italy for a fraction of what I paid her. She then somehow managed to get the ENCI to change his name. His breeder registered him as Italo Dei Silvanbull, but the woman I bought him from, has had his name changed to Italo Della Terra Incognita. How is it possible for the ENCI to change this dogs registered name. He was registered as Italo Dei Silvanbull as a puppy, and now he is registered name has changed? Any information would be helpfull. I want my dog to carry his original kennel name, Dei Silvanbull. I am in Canada.
