Favorite toy: Dante loves musical toys. His favorite is a bugle. He likes other toys with squeakers, his primary intent being to disarm and destroy them. (Caution: Squeakers can harm your dog if swallowed, so keep an eye on yours if he likes to do this.)
Favorite reward: String cheese.
Best canine buddy: A Rottweiler named Trista.
Canine nemesis: He doesn't have one he loves competition!
Favorite contraband treat: None. Dante isn't really a food hound, so he rarely gets into mischief.
Quirks: He likes to grab and nibble at the pant legs on the person taking him out for a walk. He likes to climb up on your chest and carefully nibble on your ear. He is the best nibbler around, according to his owners.
What drives him nuts: Dante is pretty laid-back. Nothing gets him very excited, except when other dogs are barking and he needs to check out the action. Otherwise, he plays it cool.
Sleeping spot: Nestled in his handlers arms.
Typical day: Sleeps until 8 a.m., then goes out to mark his territory in the backyard. Then it's time for a brisk walk to keep in shape. Afternoons are spent snoozing in the sun in his favorite donut bed, rechecking the yard, and keeping track of his handler. In the evenings, Dante likes to watch horse videos. At night he loves to snuggle with Perry and snore the night away.
