Shame on this person is Illinois for trying to shoot the dog, I hope the cops find him and he gets what he deserves. Shame on the People in SALINA, Kansas who allow people in Salina, Kansas to STEAL a SERVICE ANIMAL from a DISABLED PERSON and do nothing about it. Boycott Salina, Kansas
