Oklahoma Senate Rejects Puppy Mill Measure
A measure rejected this week by the Oklahoma Senate would have allowed dog breeders to voluntarily comply with new licensing requirements. Senators will consider a tougher version of the bill, aimed at stamping out puppy mills, that would require mandatory licensing for breeders, The Oklahoman reports.
