It's about time. Who would want to breed 100 dogs per year. That's crazy.. I would love to see a real end to puppy mills!

i dont feel they should be
limited.
a professional breeder may have hundreds of thousands in a state of the art facility and the breeder could not survive on 100
puppies.
depending on the dog, it is not unomon for a
litter
of 10 pups. 10 litters or less would most
likely
shut the professional breeder down and make more room for puppy mills and backyard breeders who do to suit themselves.

I think that is still to much. Pleople should really go to a shelter and save an animal insted of going to a breeder.

Even this is too high. People need to wake up and realize that many of these animals will never make it in the real world.
