I have a 10 month old maltipoo puppy that puts everything in his mouth when he goes out to use the potty, and when I try to get him to put it down he takes off running when I walk toward him, and I can't catch him, he always eat what ever it is that he has, is there something I can do to prevent him from putting things in his mouth outside?

My border collie has been with me for three years now. Recently there have been some stressful situations in her life, and she's become very finicky about what she eats. I was really worried at first and my babying her and hand-feeding her probably started the whole problem. There were some clues that she didn't have any physical problems. She'd eat hard-as-a-rock treats so I knew it wasn't a bad tooth. And if her tummy was really upset, how come she was having no problems with people food? Besides, she sure didn't act sick. So I came to the conclusion she was holding out for "the good stuff." So I just got tough and held out until she went back to her dogfood again.

I have a standard poodle who weighs about 60#'s. I have been cooking hamburg and adding about a 1/3 of a cup to his one cup of dry dog food twice a day. He was eating this and gained 4#'s (was 56#'s), but now he is down to eating only about 1 1/3 cup of food a day. Should I be concerned and what can I do?
