I have a rat terrier and she is always licking her paws. They are very red and I think that it is from the snow. What can I do to protect her paws from getting frost bit or frozen?

Such great tips. We have an outside dog, but with the frigid temps this year we brought him inside to live. He is a yellow Lab. And very hyper. We got him from a shelter, I think he is only about 1 or 1 1/2 years of age. So we bought a kennel for him to be inside and a warm wool dog bed.
