What a terrible thing to do. I am so glad it is on tape. I hope they are caught and the dogs returned to the owners.

What a sad story. I breed Yorkies and I would be devastated if this would happen to me. As a breeder I'm very picky about who buys my yorkies. I always have a long list of questions I ask before I ever agree to let any buyer see my pups. If I feel the buyer isn't on the up and up, I won't give them an address. The questions might detour this type of person even coming to your home.

Oh my gosh...how frightening for both the owners and the puppies. I hope that they find these men who did this. What is this world coming to!?!? What won't people do to get money!!!! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we pray for a safe return of all the dogs.

Dear
LAPD,
If you haven't already caught the robbers, I think one way to try to catch them would be to see if they stike again. Have a similar case set up. Say that there are purebredd expensive puppies for sale, say like 5. Say there at a small town in an almost deserted area. Somehow set a time that they can come, and see if the robbers come. Secretely hid the police somewhere in the home, or in a neighbors or anywhere. You might get lucky and catch the robbers.

This is a heinous crime. Just the fact that they put the dogs in a trash bag doesn't, I'm afraid, bode well for their future. My heart goes out to the family who suffered such a frightening and terrible loss. I and I'm sure many others are doing everything we can to get our lawmakers to create punishments that are MUCH more severe for anyone who would harm any animal. When you're dealing with people who have no compassion, a slap on the wrist clearly isn't enough. I'll just keep writing those letters and signing petitions and pray for the day that animals are treated with respect, appreciation and the understanding they deserve. Think about how much they enrich our lives and how empty the world would be without them.

I dont see how someone can be so heartless. I know how it feels to get a pet taken away, my dog got stolen also she was in the backyard and when I went out to see her all there was was her collar. :(

That's scary. I hope they find them. If I lost my dog, I would be so sad, I can't even describe it.
